Located at 4711 Yonge St (inside the Hullmark Centre), our North York office provides fast, professional, and affordable notary services. We are conveniently located at the corner of Yonge & Sheppard with direct indoor subway access—perfect for busy professionals and residents in Willowdale, Lansing, and Newtonbrook.
Additional witnesses may be required beyond the notary. While a notary can often serve as a witness, some documents—such as wills, powers of attorney, or real estate documents—may need extra witnesses present.
