According to the Law Society of Ontario, we must verify the physical identity of every signer. Please have two pieces of valid ID ready (e.g., Passport + Driver’s License) before we arrive.
Wait until the Mobile Notary is physically present before signing. If you sign beforehand, the document is invalid, and we cannot notarize it.
Please ensure there is a flat surface (table or desk) and adequate lighting for signing documents. For hospital visits, a bedside table is sufficient.
Note: Health Cards are generally not accepted for identification.

Our mobile fee consists of a Travel Fee (based on distance/time) + the standard Notarization Fee per document. Please call us for an exact estimate based on your postal code.
Yes. We are experienced in navigating hospital protocols. However, the signer must be conscious and capable of understanding the document they are signing. We cannot notarize a document if the patient is heavily medicated or unable to communicate clearly.
No. Mobile Notary is in-person (we come to you). Online Commissioning is done via video call. Real estate closings and Wills typically require the Mobile (in-person) option.
