We are located at 150 Duncan Mill Rd in Unit 2. When you walk through the main lobby, look for The Village Hive co-working space. Simply check in with the front desk receptionist and let them know you are here for notary services.
Yes! There is ample visitor parking available in the building’s designated parking lot, making it easy to pop in and out for your notarization.
Please bring the document you need notarized (fully printed out), along with at least one piece of valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (such as a Driver’s License or Passport). Important: Please do not sign your documents before arriving. The Notary Public must witness you signing the document in person.
