Most of our locations accept walk-ins during standard business hours (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM). However, we highly recommend booking an appointment to guarantee a specific time slot, especially during lunch hours or on Saturdays.

Primary ID: Must have a photo and signature (e.g., Driver's License, Passport, PR Card).
Secondary ID: Can be a credit card, SIN card, or health card (name must match the Primary ID).
Our fees are transparent and affordable. The first notarization stamp is $25.00. Additional signatures during the same visit are discounted (usually $15.00).

Yes! Several of our locations, including Brampton, Mississauga, and North York, are open on Saturdays. Please check the specific location page for exact weekend hours.
Yes, but the Notary must be able to verify that you understand what you are signing. We have staff who speak Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Tagalog, and Gujarati at select locations. If your document is in a language we do not speak, you may need a certified translator or an English version attached.

To qualify for the 15% notary discount, eligible individuals must provide valid proof. Full-time students are required to present a valid student ID along with proof of current full-time enrollment. Seniors must be 65 years of age or older and show government-issued ID for age verification. Those receiving social assistance must provide official documentation from either Ontario Works or the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP). Canadian military personnel must present valid military identification. All submitted documentation must be current and verifiable. Canada Notary reserves the right to decline the discount if sufficient proof is not provided.
