What to Expect at Your Appointment with Notary Public Burlington
Whether you’re meeting us virtually or in person, your appointment with Canada Notary – Notary Public Burlington will be smooth, secure, and efficient. The virtual notary process closely mirrors an in-person meeting, with the only difference being that communication occurs online, eliminating the need for physical interaction. Here’s a brief outline of the steps involved:
Send your unsigned documents to notary@canadanotary.ca
In the same email, attach a selfie of yourself holding a valid photo identification to verify your identity and signature. Also, include any special instructions for the notary public and your availability for signing, along with the required turnaround time. You may also provide your mailing address if you need a hard copy.
Send a $35 email transfer payment to notary@canadanotary.ca. The notary public will inform you via email if there are any additional charges for multiple notaries or other services.
After signing the documents through HelloSign, the notarized PDF document with an audit trail and timestamp will be sent to you. Your original hard copy will also be mailed out to you.
