No. You must sign the affidavit in the presence of the commissioner (either virtually on camera or in-person). Signing beforehand invalidates the document, and you will need to print a new copy.
You must present one valid, unexpired piece of government-issued photo ID. Accepted forms of ID include an Ontario Driver’s License, Passport, Canadian Permanent Resident Card, or Ontario Photo Card. (Note: Health cards are generally not accepted for identity verification).
