Picture this: Sarah and Daniel in St. John’s were finalizing the purchase of their first home when their lawyer requested a notarized declaration — but with both juggling full-time jobs, taking time off wasn’t an option. A quick online search led them to Canada Notary, and within 24 hours, they had a virtual appointment. The whole process took just 15 minutes over a secure video call.
In Gander, Michael, a single father, needed a notarized travel consent letter so his son could fly to Halifax with his grandparents. Rather than scrambling to find a local notary over the weekend, he uploaded the document to Canada Notary, joined a scheduled video call, and had it all done from his kitchen.
Ayesha, applying for immigration from Corner Brook, had several affidavits to notarize. Canada Notary’s online platform allowed her to complete each one from home — no long drives, no waiting rooms, and no time off work.
