Mobile Notary Services: We Come to You

Skip the traffic. Let the Notary come to your door. Sometimes, visiting a notary office isn’t possible. Whether you are managing a busy corporate schedule, have mobility challenges, or need to sign sensitive documents at a hospital, Canada Notary brings the service to your location.

Our licensed Mobile Notaries travel across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and beyond to witness signatures and certify documents in the comfort of your home, office, or healthcare institution. We handle everything on-site, ensuring your paperwork is legally binding without you ever leaving your chair.

Who Needs a Mobile Notary?

We bring professional legalization services to the following situations:

Hospitals & Senior Care
  • Wills & Powers of Attorney: We specialize in compassionate visits to hospitals, hospices, and long-term care homes for patients who cannot travel.
  • Compassionate Service: We ensure the signer is treated with patience and dignity while verifying they understand the documents.
Real Estate Transactions
  • Real Estate Signing Agent: Buying or selling a home? Closing packages often have 50+ pages. We come to your dining table to ensure every page is signed and initialed correctly.

  • Mortgage Refinancing: We witness mortgage documents at your convenience.

Corporate & Business
  • Bulk Notarizations: Time is money. We visit your headquarters to notarize employee affidavits, contracts, or board resolutions so your team doesn’t have to leave their desks.

  • Apostille & Legalization: We can pick up your original corporate documents for government submission.

How to Prepare for Our Visit

Follow these steps to ensure a smooth appointment:

1

Prepare Valid ID

According to the Law Society of Ontario, we must verify the physical identity of every signer. Please have two pieces of valid ID ready (e.g., Passport + Driver’s License) before we arrive.

2

Do NOT Sign Yet

Wait until the Mobile Notary is physically present before signing. If you sign beforehand, the document is invalid, and we cannot notarize it.

3

Provide a Suitable Space

Please ensure there is a flat surface (table or desk) and adequate lighting for signing documents. For hospital visits, a bedside table is sufficient.

Note: Health Cards are generally not accepted for identification.

Service Areas: Where We Travel

We are on the road daily serving the following regions:
