Work from the comfort of your home office.
The Role: Administer oaths, affirmations, and declarations via secure video conferencing (Zoom/Teams).
Best For: Lawyers and Paralegals who want to monetize downtime between files.
Requirements:
Must be located in a province that permits remote commissioning (ON, BC, AB, MB, SK, NS, NB, PEI, NL).
Must have reliable high-speed internet and a professional background setting.
Travel to clients in your local community.
The Role: Visit homes, offices, hospitals, or coffee shops to notarize documents and certify true copies.
Best For: Notaries who enjoy meeting people and driving within their local area.
Requirements:
Reliable vehicle and smartphone.
Availability for local travel (you define your service radius).
Access to a printer and scanner is a plus.
We are looking for licensed professionals who are detail-oriented and client-focused.
License: You must be a currently licensed Notary Public or Commissioner of Oaths in your province (e.g., Lawyer, Paralegal, or appointed Non-Lawyer Notary).
Status: You must be in good standing with your provincial Law Society or governing body.
Skills: Professional demeanor, punctuality, and attention to detail are non-negotiable.
