Unlike many others, we are not a referral service. We never send clients to third parties. All of our locations are owned and operated by Canada Notary, and every appointment is handled by our own trained staff — ensuring a professional, consistent experience every time.
We are Document Services Professionals, dedicated to making your paperwork simple, efficient, and stress-free.`
Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service, professional results, affordable pricing, and maximum convenience. We rely on repeat business and referrals, so delivering an outstanding experience is at the heart of everything we do.
We’ve been doing this every day for nearly 10 years — and we’ve seen every document and every scenario. That depth of experience means we can confidently handle almost any request. And if we can’t, we’ll always explain why and guide you in the right direction.
Other notary publics may charge between $40–$60 for a single notarial act. At Canada Notary, our pricing ranges from $15–$35, depending on the location and service type. We’re proud to offer top-tier service at a better value, making professional notary services accessible to more people.
